By using BAGWORK you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

The service

BAGWORK provides software that builds Pump.fun token-creation and trading transactions for you to review and sign, plus discovery, analytics, worker links, leaderboards and related tools. BAGWORK is non-custodial: it never holds your funds or keys, and cannot sign or reverse transactions for you.

Creator fees and payroll

By launching a token through BAGWORK you agree that 100% of its Pump.fun creator fees are routed, permanently and on-chain, to the BAGWORK Payroll Vault, and that you will not receive creator fees for that token. The vault distributes those fees to workers under the payroll rules shown on the Payday page. Workers receive payouts at BAGWORK's discretion under those rules; payouts are not wages, and nothing here creates employment. Workers are responsible for their own taxes and for disclosing paid promotion where required.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, tickers, images, descriptions and links you submit. Don't submit content you don't have rights to, that impersonates others, or that is unlawful. Token metadata is pinned to IPFS and written to the blockchain and can't be removed from there; BAGWORK may delist any token from its own pages at its discretion.

Acceptable use

Don't use BAGWORK to defraud, manipulate markets, run wash trades, spam, abuse rate limits, attack the service, or evade sanctions. BAGWORK may restrict access to protect users or comply with law.

Third parties

Pump.fun, Solana, wallets, RPC providers, IPFS and price-data providers are independent services with their own terms. BAGWORK isn't responsible for their availability or behaviour.

No warranties; limitation of liability

BAGWORK is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAGWORK disclaims all warranties and is not liable for losses from token prices, failed or delayed transactions, third-party services, or your use of the site. See the Risk Disclosure.

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do.
